Happy LAST Day of School!!!

So, Wednesday was the last official day of school for my niece and nephews so we decided to throw a little last day of school party!!!

Below is a picture of my oldest nephew Brian being a goofball!! He was the most suprised!! He ran up to me and jumped up and down!! I love him to pieces!

The next picture is of my niece Kara Sue! She is such a hamball!! She is as fearless as they get!! Beautiful and goofy is a wonderful combo for any little girl!

And then there is my little Aaron!! He is as fearless as his cousin! He jumps from tall places, dives into any activity head on, no holding back!!

Below is my other nephew Brody. He is a wonderful sweet little guy! He can have his moments, but is all around a nice kiddo!!! And he LOVED the doughnuts!!

Then there is my Mike! He truly has a heart of gold. He would give you ANYTHING just to see you smile! And he also loved the doughnuts!!

This next pic is very telling of who these kiddos are: silly, goofy, happy-go-lucky kiddos! I'm not sure what any of them are doing in this picture!! But I think it's funny!

We did waterballoons,

Sat on the gigantic rock pile,

Rode quads with cousin Markie and ran through the sprinklers!!!

We had good ole' almost free fun!!!

Did you do anything fun for the last day of school??
As always, thanks for stopping by!!!

Saturday the Great!!

This past Saturday was AMAZING!!

First, we celebrated little A's birthday, Anrgy Birds style! He LOVES the game so I made some angry birds and pigs for him and he was excited to say the least!

I just can't believe he is 4!!!!! I love that boy more than words can express!

Here is a pic of him with his talking garbage truck that he has wanted since the Christmas before last! He was pretty happy to get this!

After his party, we headed to church to witness the baptism of my mom, my nephew and my niece! BEST DAY EVER! I was so overcome with emotion!! I love my family SOOOO much!

The pic below is of the elders that taught them, my mom, nephew and niece and my husband, who actually performed the baptisms.

The Spirit was SO strong! No one could contain themselves!

Here is another pic of them below! They looked great and felt just as wonderful!!

I have been a member of the church for almost twelve years and never in my wildest dreams did I think anyone in my family would ever want to join.

Now, I know how powerful prayer is. God may not answer every prayer when we want or how we want, but he does answer prayers.

My ENTIRE immediate family came. It was wonderful. We all laughed, smiled and cried together. What a great feeling it was!

I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and want to share it with the entire world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =)

Toy Story Pin the Tail on Bullseye!

On the Disney Family website, they have this adorable printable of Bullseye for a Pin the Tail on Bullseye game! I printed out the four pages, glued it to yellow poster board and cut a wiggly edge with my scissors!! Then I added some of the twine that I used to make the banner to it with hot glue gun (my favorite tool!) and there you have it! I also made several different colored tails for the game out of felt. It's so cute and cheap!! I love cheap!!!

I am having a blast planning little A's party! Hopefully, the pinata will be done soon!! Thanks for stopping by! Definitely check out http://www.disneyfamily.com/ ! They have amazing ideas!!

Homemade Toy Story Birthday Banner

At the end of February, my little A will be 3!!! I can't believe it!! So being the planner that I have to be, I started working on some decorations for the party!! He is a Toy Story fanatic right now!! So, we decided to do the whole Toy Story thing!!

Below is a picture of the banner. It's made out of cardboard. I cut the cardboard in about 5x5 squares, painted them to match mister Woody's clothing and added the letters that were also cut from cardboard. I then added some twine string to the back with hot glue and wa-la!! I love it! And I had everything on hand!! I saw this idea somewhere and for the life of me I can't remember where...please forgive me!!

Don't you love the carpet in the pic??? Oh well! Taking pics is NOT my thing!!

Anyone have any Toy Story ideas they would like to share, please do! I'm always excited to get new ideas!!
Soon I will be posting my toy box, pull-string pinata!! Hopefully soon! :)
